Recipe appropriated from Tuxedo No 2. Constructed at Copper Common by Steven. If you're using a less sweet genepy, it's suggested to sub 1/4 oz of the dry vermouth with 1/4 oz simple syrup.
1 1/2 oz St George Terroir Gin
1 oz Dolin Génèpi
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Stir over ice. Single large cube if you can. Rosemary sprig garnish.
