You know when someone brings you something to play with and you taste it to see what you can do with it. And then you do the most amazing thing. Well this is it I whipped it up using some Organic White Honey Truffle.
1.5 oz. Oxley Gin
.75 oz. Dolin Blanc
.5 oz. White Truffle Honey
6 drops Bittermans Boston Bittahs
Garnish with a Lemon Peel
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon peel.
