I've been wanting to use fresh lavender and some honey syrup this summer.
This cocktail is a dressed up Bee's Knees that came out really balanced with the dutch gin mellowing and honey and grapefruit on the back end.
The picture looks really orange, but it came out a nice pink color.
1.5 oz Bols Genever
.75 oz cointreau
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
16 drops Grapefruit Lavender bitters
Lavender stick for garnish
Combine all ingredients and shake. Serve in a coupe with the lavender garnish
