About this Cocktail

This was a featured drink at the infamous Brown Derby restaurant in Los Angeles during the 1920s, but the original recipe is from Hugh Ensslin's "Recipes for Mixed Drinks" from 1916. It's a great cocktail to showcase Laird's Apple Brandy. As featured on www.bitterchris.com

  • 1/2 oz Benedictine
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • garnish with lemon peel
