About this Cocktail

I created this cocktail for a Bombay Sapphire contest.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire
  • 3 drops of Siracha
  • 6 rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 oz Saint Germain
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 lime wedge
Preparation:

Muddle lime, rosemary, Siracha and simple syrup in a mixing tin. Add ice and Bombay Sapphire, shake and strain into a highball glass. Add ginger beer and ice, garnish with a drop of Siracha and a rosemary skewer. Lightly burn the leaves for scent.
