About this Cocktail

A cocktail I was introduced to by Willy Shine in NYC. Smoky with some nice caramel flavors.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Scotch
  • 3/4 oz Lillet
  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
Preparation:

Stir, lemon peel, enjoy. Willy was serving up, but I like mine on a rock

    I like the front end caramel, but the aftertaste is a bit bitter and sharp.

    Tried it again with Dewars and Cocchi and arrived at a more laid back version.
