About this Cocktail

From "And A Bottle of Rum" by Wayne Curtis

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 pound granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
Preparation:

Bring the butter to room temperature and mix with all ingredients except ice cream. Combine with slightly softened ice cream and store in freezer. To make drinks by the mug, add 1 1/2 oz rum, 1 tbsp of ice cream mixture, and full mug with boiling water.
