Easter crowd pleaser for the b&b menu- Hot off the press!

Ingredients:
  • 35ml House Infused Raisin Havana Especial
  • 15ml Briottet Pain d'Epices
  • 5ml Licor 43
  • 50ml Half/Half
  • 10ml Simple
  • 2 Dash Regan's Orange Bitters
  • Cinnamon to dust
Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients (excl. cinnamon) and shake.

2. Double strain into coupette

3. Dust with cinnamon in a cross shape
