About this Cocktail
A drink of mine available at bar tonique in New Orleans. A whiskey based sour with tiki influences. Forgive the photo quality, I have the worst camera ever.
1.5 oz bourbon (I use Evan Williams single barrel)
.75 oz yellow chartreuse
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz vanilla bean simple syrup
.25 oz st Elizabeth's allspice dram
2 dashes angostura bitters
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
