About this Cocktail

Inspired by colleague RecipesByDebbie’s “Sweet Pea”, is my “I Love You Mure”. Changing up the gin, the modifier & the Bitters and because too often I forget to use my bottle of Mure berry liqueur.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Gin (next time I’ll use pink gin)
  • 1/2 oz L’Héritier Guyot Creme de Mure
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 oz homemade Dragon Fruit Syrup
  • 1 drop grapefruit Bitters
  • Egg white
Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake hard for 30+ seconds.

Add ice and shake again until chilled.

Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and optionally garnish with a small flower or lime twist.
