About this Cocktail
Used David Wondrich's recipe, improvising with what I had, which is as follows:
2 oz. gin
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 Tsp Maraschino
Slice of lemon peel
1 Tsp simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Twist lemon and toss it in. Here, I gave it a couple presses with the muddler. Add ice, stir and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh lemon peel.
