About this Cocktail

I made this cocktail for the menu at Brasero Hardi, a hip place in old port Montréal.
It comes under the categorie "twisted classics "
Such a small but rich change that the orgeat and spiced chocolate combination bring to this all time favourite

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Maker's Mark Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz orgeat
  • 1/2 oz lemon
  • 1/2 oz lime
  • 2 dashes angostura
  • 3 dashes fee's aztec chocolate bitter
  • Egg white
  • Oil from lemon peel and discard
  • Dried kaffire lime leaf
