This looks really good but I don't get the dry/wet shake ( I'm new at this)

a dry shake is done without ice in the shaker to emulsify the egg and mix the ingredients without diluting the drink. drinks with dairy in them need to be shaking a lot longer than a regular cocktail. if you're using a boson shaker, you'll find that regular form will cause the shaker (boston at least) to leak, so you'll have to assemble the shakers straight on, as opposed to tilted a bit with regular form. shake hard for about 30 seconds and then add ice and "wet" shake for another 30 seconds. hope this helps! cheers!

It does man, I appreciate it
