Late summer menu 2013 at Blackbird.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Encanto Pisco Noble
  • .5 blanco tequila
  • .75 fresh lime juice
  • .75 Blueberry gastrique
Preparation:

Add ingredients to shaker, ice, shake, strain into tall glass over ice, add soda. Garnish with lime.
