About this Cocktail

A summer old fashioned variation that will subtly remind you of a mint julep

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Bone Snapper Rye
  • 1 oz Pimm's No. 1
  • .25 oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • 3 dash lemon bitters
  • 3 or 4 muddled mint leaves
Preparation:

Muddle the mint with simple and lemon bitters in a mixing glass, add remaining ingredients and stir over cracked ice, strain into chilled rocks glass, lemon twist
