About this Cocktail

Dive deep with this Dark Rum cocktail made with ingredients from the deeper parts of the Ocean. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota.

  • 2oz Kraken Black Spiced Rum
  • 3/4oz Sea Fan Shrub
  • Salt Water from 1 Giant Kelp Seed Pod
  • 3 dashes Giant Squid Ink Bitters
  • Garnish- Raw Baby Octopus

Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Stir. Strain into chilled Coupe. Garnish w/ Raw Baby Octopus.

Sea Fan Shrub- Infuse 1 (diced) Sea Fan (I prefer to use Orange Tree Gorgonian because of it's bright flavor and stunning red color) in 2 cups of White Balsamic Vinager for 4 days. Add 1 cup White Sugar. Whisk w/ Dried Tube Worm. Store refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
