About this Cocktail

Maple, Pecan and Winter Savory combine well for a Fall/Early Winter cocktail. Original Cocktail by Mike Di Tota

  • 1 oz Maple Pecan Bourbon
  • .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Winter Savory Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes of Woodland Bitters
  • Garnish- Lemon Twist/Winter Savory Sprig

Add all ingredients into a mixing can, shake, strain into an ice filled rocks glass, and garnish.

Maple Pecan Bourbon- add 1cup of Pecans and 3 Tbsp of Grade B Maple Syrup to a bottle of Bourbon (I use Early Times). Let infuse for a week.

Winter Savory Syrup- make a 1:1 ratio simple syrup, remove from heat and add a heaping handful of Winter Savory. Infuse for 1-2 hours.
