2 oz Irish Whiskey (Jameson)
.5 oz Licor 43
.25 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
.5 oz Demerara simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice; stir and strain into a lowball glass with a single large ice cube. Add large lemon peel as garnish (after expressing oils over the top first).
