About this Cocktail

Another ludicrous physical challenge. Another non-alcoholic beverage. I'm taking on my first full Ironman triathlon in Zurich in 8 days time and so I'm back on the wagon in the run up. I've just finished making some fennel shrub from the leaves of Common fennel, Foeniculum Vulgare, which is a perennial which doesn't produce the bulb eaten as a vegetable. Ingredients:
  • 50ml fennel shrub
  • 15ml honey syrup
  • Dash Dr Adam Elmegirab's Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
  • Soda
Preparation:

Build over ice.
