About this Cocktail

I wanted to create a winter themed special for Christmas night. I found the St. Elizabeth allspice dram too fun not to play with.

Ingredients:
  • 1.50 oz ransom gin
  • .50 lairds apple brandy
  • Bar spoon Benedictine
  • .50 simple
  • .50 lemon
  • 2 dash angostura bitters
  • 3 dash apple bitters
  • Egg white
  • Rinse allspice dram
Preparation:

Add all ingredients, dry shake, wet shake, double strain, into rinsed coupe, angostura bitter design to garnish.
