1 oz peaty scotch
2 oz Cynar
Lemon oil (run lemon zest along glass)
2 dashes Orange bitters
Mix in shaker with ice Cynar, scotch, and bitters. Express lemon oil into glass by rubbing lemon peels around. Serve with large ice cube and add salt at end.
