From Tavern Road in Fort Point Boston

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz peaty scotch
  • 2 oz Cynar
  • Lemon oil (run lemon zest along glass)
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • Pinch salt
Preparation:

Mix in shaker with ice Cynar, scotch, and bitters. Express lemon oil into glass by rubbing lemon peels around. Serve with large ice cube and add salt at end.
