About this Cocktail

I kept seeing references to how great the Jack Rudy Cocktail Co.'s tonic syrup is, and was saddened by the fact that it's not distributed in Louisiana - but a dear friend in Charleston sent me a bottle for my birthday. Turns out it's just as good as advertised, if not better. By far the best tonic I've ever had.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz gin (my preference here is Death's Door)
  • 0.75 oz Jack Rudy tonic
  • 3-4 oz soda water
Preparation:

Pour gin and tonic in glass, stir, add ice, soda water. Garnish if you're feeling fancy.

I've started seeing it at the West Elm Market stores and I think they now sell it off their website
