In a julep cup, pour jalapeño syrup and add mint leaves (about 5 or 6). Muddle leaves with syrup. Add crushed ice about 2/3 full. Add bourbon 2-3 oz. stir. Top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with mint leaf and jalapeño slice.
