About this Cocktail

This Cocktail is based on the flower where Tequila Chamucos is from, Mazamitla Jalisco, Mexico, and what it would taste like if you could eat it.

Ingredients:
  • 1oz St. Germain
  • 1/2oz. Blanco Tequila Chamucos
  • 1/2oz. Aperol
  • 1/2oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2oz. Fresh Lime
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 2oz. Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Preparation:

Add all ingredients except champagne. Shake. Double strain into champagne flute. Garnish with edible flower.
