About this Cocktail
My variation of the classic Cuban highball
2 oz Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Green tea simple syrup
1/2 oz of Fresh Lime Juice.
2 mint leaves
bar spoon of honey
3 drops of Elemakule Tiki bitters
Muddle mint leaves and syrup in a tin.
Add spirit, lime juice, honey, ice and shake.
Fine strain into a rocks glass top with ice.
Finish with Tiki bitters, garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.
