About this Cocktail

My variation of the classic Cuban highball

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Green tea simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz of Fresh Lime Juice.
  • 2 mint leaves
  • bar spoon of honey
  • 3 drops of Elemakule Tiki bitters
Preparation:

Muddle mint leaves and syrup in a tin.
Add spirit, lime juice, honey, ice and shake.
Fine strain into a rocks glass top with ice.
Finish with Tiki bitters, garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.
