Japanese Elvis
Saved by 15 People
About this Cocktail

Named this in tribute to a good chef friend of mine who moved to Brooklyn to take a job. Being quarter Japanese and sporting a stylish new haircut one day, the kitchen took to jokingly calling him "Japanese Elvis." The name was too good not to use.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Tanqueray Malacca Gin
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Honey Syrup
  • .25 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 5 drops Orange Blossom Water

Dry shake all ingredients and pour into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a couple of mint sprigs.
