Was first made in the ramada farnham hotel in 2012 on a summers evening, a couple that just got married that wanted something that was fulfilled with flavour with an vibrant look.
25ml Bombay Gin
15ml Blue Curacao
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Pineapple Juice
1st. Fill a ice full highball glass with 50ml Pineapple juice
2nd. In a Boston shaker, add the lime,sugar syrup, blue curaçao & gin.
3rd. Shake for 15 Seconds
4th. Strain slow over the Pineapple juice, add 2 Straws and a lime twist for garnish
