From Charles Vexenat from (at the time) PDT in NYC.
1.5 oz Pisco
0.5 St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 lime juice
0.5 lemon juice
0.5 simple syrup
1 egg white
Combine and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an absinthe-rinsed egg coupe and garnish with spritz of All-spice Dram (garnish excluded in image.)
