About this Cocktail

Fede Cuco's* version of a popular drink in Buenos Aires's bars: Cynar Julep. *Fede is one of the most important bartenders of Argentina Cocktail Scene and a teacher to the new generation. Please, google him!

Ingredients:
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • half lemon
  • 2 oz Cynar
  • Grapefruit juice
Preparation:

Muddle a bunch of mint leaves with brown sugar, a dash of freshly squeezed lemon and 5,6 drops of Cynar in a highball glass. Add ice, 2oz of Cynar and complete with grapefruit juice. Stir a bit just to mix the ingredients. Garnish with mint leaves and grapefruit zest. Voilá!
