2 tsp of brown sugar
2 oz Cynar
Muddle a bunch of mint leaves with brown sugar, a dash of freshly squeezed lemon and 5,6 drops of Cynar in a highball glass. Add ice, 2oz of Cynar and complete with grapefruit juice. Stir a bit just to mix the ingredients. Garnish with mint leaves and grapefruit zest. Voilá!
