About this Cocktail

Yo

Ingredients:
  • 40ml Sipsmith London Cup
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 10ml Dry Curacao
  • Pinch Dehydrated feijoa
  • Pinch Ground dehydrated lemon
  • Egg white
  • Soda
  • 1 drop Orange bitters
  • Angostura bitters (garnish)
Preparation:

This cocktail is best made in batches for more reasonable measurements. All ingredients except soda and angostura bitters are dry shaken (or blended preferably) then wet shaken and topped with soda. Angostura bitters dash and twirl makes a nice classic sour looking garnish whilst meeting the nose nicely before tasting.
