The corn syrup is made by boiling two corn cobs which have had the kernels removed for ten minutes in water. Strain and add equal volume sugar to make a corn flavoured simple syrup.
1 1/2oz bourbon (Woodford)
1oz vanilla espresso
1/2oz corn syrup
Shake hard and strain.
