Ingredients:
  • 1oz Pear Infused Pisco
  • .75oz Aperol
  • .5oz Galliano
  • .75oz lemon juice
  • one whole egg
Preparation:

For the Pisco: two 26s in a large mason jar, 4 ripe pears sliced, 1 cinnamon stick, store for 3 days, strain.

Dry shake, add ice, shake again, serve straight up.
