Kirk's Paloma

About this Cocktail

Shared with me by Kirk Estopinal of Bellocq in New Orleans. This takes the delicious Stiegler Radler Grapefruit, which is a very low alcohol white beer with grapefruit and with a few additions turns it into a nice Paloma-like refresher that would be perfect for a summer day.

Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle Stiegler Raddler Grapefruit, 1.5 oz El Tesoro Tequila Blanco , 2 dashes Bittermen's Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Preparation:

The first and most important step is to drink about 1/3rd of your Stiegler. From there, add the bitters to a shot of the tequila, tip the Stiegler bottle and pour the tequila/bitters mixture in. Stir with a straw (or stick your thumb on the top of the bottle and rotate a couple of time) and enjoy.
