About this Cocktail

Adapted from Maggie Hoffman, editor at Serious Eats.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 lime juice
  • 1/4 gomme syrup
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • Handful of fresh tarragon leaves
Preparation:

Muddle the kiwi and tarragon for ~30sec. Add rest of ingredients and briefly shake on ice. Strain into a tumbler with a large rock and splash club soda on top. Garnish with a tarragon sprig.
