About this Cocktail

Part of the cockail menu i submitted for Bols Around the world 2014 comp.
Translates to little egg, this is a new favourite at the home bar now, amazing flavours come out from the coconut purèe and amaros combo.
And the infinite possibilities from switching between craft beers makes it so fun to rediscover every time

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz campari
  • 1 oz amer picon
  • 1 oz coconut purèe ( boiron)
  • 1/2 oz allspice dram
  • 1 quail egg
  • Top with double porter almost 4-6 oz
Preparation:

If you dont have amer picon try an ounce of montenegro with 2-3 dashes of fee's orange bitters. Imperial stout works well in this drink, also smoky dark beers.
