About this Cocktail

From Pouring Ribbons, NYC

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Brugal Blanco Rum
  • 0.75 Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate Molasses
  • 5 Raspberries
  • Garnish: Lime And Raspberry Skewer
Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries with simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients, add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a raspberry and lime skewer.
