About this Cocktail

Named for the banshee woman said to have drowned her children to be with the man she loved, and barred from entering the afterlife until she can find their bodies. She wanders the Americas in search of her drowned offspring, wailing "¡Ay mis hijos!"—"Oh, my children!"

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Mezcal
  • 3/4 oz Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz Cherry Heering
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
Preparation:

Shake, strain, up.
