About this Cocktail

Tropical.

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups pineapple + mint Agua Fresca
  • 3 cups Blanco tequila
  • 2 cups Rosemary rich syrup
  • 1 cup fresh lime
  • 2 oz Vida mezcal
  • 20 dash Angostura bitters
Preparation:

AGUA FRESCA:

4 pineapples peeled, core removed and chopped
500 grams fresh ginger; peeled and chopped
60 grams fresh mint
1 TBSP ground turmeric

* Juice pineapples and ginger in industrial juicer. Add mint, juice and turmeric to a blender and lightly blend. Be careful to not blend for too long as high blender speeds can heat up the blades and cook the herbs. Press through cheesecloth and refrigerate.
