About this Cocktail

Another libations featuring both chartreuse and fernet.
This one is a beaute, spicy fresh and frothy, and as the french do it, equal parts will do the trick

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 oz Fernet
  • 1/2 oz chartreuse green
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz egg whites
  • 1/2 oz cucumber syrup
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

    i'll admit, I didn't have any cucumber syrup on hand to make this, but I had some thyme syrup left over from another recipe and subbed it in. Your recipe is probably superior, but this was really really good.

    Thanks a lot chris, i think thyme would still give a good result, cucumber just gives an extra creaminess and sweetness without added strong herbal notes , glad you enjoyed it .
