Refreshing classic. Good for a warm day, with a rich meal, and surprisingly fitting as a brunch cocktail. This one is made with Martin Miller Westbourne gin and a fancier aged chartreuse, but I often go with a basic London dry, like Beefeater, and the more commonly found green chartreuse.
Shake and double strain into a coupe. No garnish.
