About this Cocktail
A fruity, floral, springtime-y cooler that takes well to variations—try it with muddled berries, or cucumber, or sparkling wine or fizzy water (the last one's called a PanAmericano). RGF NYC 2013.
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Lillet RosÃ©
1 dash Rhubarb bitters
2 oz Ginger beer
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 slice orange
Stir, strain into a chimney glass over fresh ice, top with ginger beer, drop in orange slice and fresh seasonal fruit, serve with straw.
