About this Cocktail

A late Summer sipper with delightful plum and lavender notes. Original cocktail by Mike DiTota

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Gin
  • 1/2oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3 bar spoons Black Plum Purée
  • 3/4oz Lavender Syrup
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • 3 dashes Clementine Bitters
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to mixing can, shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe.

Plum Purée- Add 5 plums (pit removed), juice of 1 lemon to food processor. Blend until Purée has a semi-smooth consistency.

Lavender Syrup- add Dried Lavender Flowers to Simple Syrup.

Clementine Bitters- I use the Orange Bitters recipe found in Bitters by Brad Thomas Parsons. I just substitute Clementine for Orange.
