About this Cocktail
This was on our first cocktail menu at Knox Mason, also is used for a charity event in Knoxville, Le Trois Chefs. It can make any bubbles drinker realize they love bourbon!
3/4 oz Four Roses Single Barrel
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Mole Bitters
4 oz Prosecco
Build in a champagne glass as follows: sugar cube, bitters, bourbon, prosecco.
