About this Cocktail

A daiquiri varied with a combination of the fruit flavours of Scottish cranberry and raspberry liqueur (made from a base of single malt whisky and honey) offset with the herbal notes of French green chartreuse. This version is left deliberately tart (à la Hemingway) with the liqueurs used entirely in place of the sugar, but if you have a sweeter tooth then add an extra 1/4 of sugar syrup.

  • 2 1/2 oz white rum
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz cranberry & raspberry liqueur
  • 1/4 oz green chartreuse
  • (1/4 oz sugar syrup, optional)

Shake, strain, drink.
