About this Cocktail
This drink was created by Remy Savage from The Little Red Door in Paris who brought his bar to London for cocktails in the city back in March.
1oz Yellow Chartreuse
1oz Noix Saint Jean
5 dashes of absinthe
1 dash of salt solution
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until very cold. Strain into a chilled coupe and express a lemon zest twist and garnish.
For the salt solution I use a 20% saline a la Dave Arnold but Mr Savage uses two types of salt in his and I don't know the ratio so it may be worth experimenting.
