About this Cocktail

By Coquette Restaurant, New Orleans.

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz Koval Asian Pear Liqueur
  • .75 oz Tanqueray Gin
  • .75 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
Preparation:

Build in mixing tin, shake with ice, strain into coupe.
Top with Moscato d'Asti (approx. .75 oz)
