About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Citrus Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz cream
  • 2 bar spoons of Lemon Curd
  • 1 baby Meringue
  • 0.25 oz cinnamon infused simple syrup.
Preparation:

Combine all the liquid ingredients in a shaker, stir the lemon curd through then shake on ice and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a baby meringue.

(Optional: I rim the glass with crushed cinnamon biscuit and sugar and dust the cocktail with ground cinnamon.)
