Martinez variation.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz St George barrel-aged dry rye gin
  • 1 oz Byrrh
  • 0.5 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • Two dashes of angostura bitters
Preparation:

Stir over ice and strain into a coupe. Express lemon oils from a peel, rim the glass, and drop it on in.
