About this Cocktail

Went for a run at Prospect Park, came home, stretched, took a shower and made this drink.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Espolón Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Celery Shrub
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 barspoons honey syrup
  • 4 Pieces of Pineapple
  • Small Handful of Mint
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Dutch Spirits ProhiBitters
  • Soda
Preparation:

Muddle Pineapple and Mint. Add ice, remaining liquids (hold the soda) and bitters. Shake shake shake. Serve long with ice, soda, grapefruit peel and mint sprig.
