About this Cocktail

A @demonbitters not so original. A perfect Manhattan with the sweet vermouth swapped out for Perique Louisiana tobacco liqueur. The earthiness of the Teapot Bitters is a good compliment.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml rye
  • 15ml Noilly Prat
  • 15ml Perique tobacco liqueur
  • Generous dashes of Dr Adam Elmegirab's Teapot Bitters
Preparation:

Stir, strain, homemade cherry. Puff away*

*i don't condone smoking.

Any idea what the availability of this liqueur is? Seems like it could be a fun ingredient.

It is fantastic. Distilled in France by Combier with imported Louisiana Perique. From the brain of Ted Breaux of absinthe fame. Jenny Gardener of Sip and Mix is the importer in the UK. I wonder if there are importation issues in the US if that is where you are?
